When you click the "Get Started" button at the bottom of this page, you will be taken to our "Questionnaire" page. Complete the online Questionnaire (don't worry, the whole process takes only 15-20 minutes).
As soon as you click the "Submit" button on the Questionnaire, you will be taken to our secure payment site. Fill out the form and hit "Submit" on that page. Your credit card will be billed $148, which is the $99 setup fee and the first monthly payment of $49.
Within two business days of receiving your completed questionnaire, the Bidek team will create three different website designs and submit them to you for review. Each design will have its own distinctive look and feel, and the one you choose will serve as the springboard from which your site will develop.
During this time, we'll be asking you to send us some pictures and your logo to use on your site. If you respond promptly during this process, we can usually have your site live and on the web within five business days.
The Bidek Guarantee
We pride ourselves on being pretty easy to work with and we think you're going to be really pleased with your Bidek experience. Your monthly Bidek service includes hosting, email, domain registration, and free updates to your website.
But if for some reason you find that all of that isn't working for you, you can cancel at any time. And, if you cancel during the first 60 days of service, we will issue you a full refund for the fees you have paid.
